I wouldn't even want to give it a one star but I have to for this review! I have never been treated so rudely in my life as I was in this store! The staff was incredibly rude!!!! It started at the front door when a staff member approached me to see if I needed anything without a smile, very rude approach! I asked her if they had airbrush makeup and she said no! I told her nicely that I had seen it in other stores! She told me very rudely that they had some but it was splotchy! She treated me like she didn't want me there but I told her that I would just look around! After that a staff member followed me around the whole store as if I was a criminal! I have always been told that I was very well dressed and have always been conscious of my appearance being classy and tasteful, and always into fashion! This day I was wearing 100$ jeans and 200$ boots! My makeup was minimal! I say that to say that I was well dressed! I saw others in there in sweats and no makeup! I did end up spending $200 in there, just because I knew what I wanted! I will never go back to that store!!!! I will drive to decatur which is way out of the way but I would rather go there than to be treated the way I was in that store! I have never ever been treated so horrible in my life!!!!

Same as Alexa W review. Not friendly staff, and very slow sales lines. Staff didn't know how to work the machine, or help getting gift certificates.

I was really excited when Ulta came to Cullman, but I was so disappointed in the service at this store. Every other Ulta I've been in have had really sweet sales people, but this location was awful. I left after being in the store for 15 minutes with out once being spoken to. I was even butted out of an aisle by a sales lady helping another customer. I will definitely be ordering online from now on.
