Do not deal with these individuals. They are the scumbags of society. The tow truck driver was rude and abusive, foul mouthed, filthy and appeared to be under the influence of some substance. They are a bunch of blood sucking parasites living off the misfortune and despair of their fellow human beings..........do not get involved with these lowlife individuals........Gary
