I was just writing you to get some answers. I was in the USAF for many years and have lived in many countries and different parts of the United Sates. I have never in my whole life seen a sewer bill that is/was 110% of a water bill. This to me, is highway robbery! Just right down the street from here is the city of Hurricane and they don't pay half as much as we do for sewer. It's so bad that when people come to visit my house from out of state, I tell them how much the sewer bill here is and they are shocked to say the least. I have lived downtown in Okinawa, Japan where they were installing new sewer pipes; still I didn't pay half as much as I do living in Culloden for sewer service. I also have lived in the Abilene, Texas were there are frequently drought conditions and my sewer was never this much(twenty dollars a month). They never based our sewer bill on our water consumption. Why is it happening in Culloden, West Virginia and it isn't happening any where else? Here in West Virgi
