I am graduating and wanted to let people know about living here. When I first moved in I thought this place gave me the best bang for my $. This area has a lot of places to live that aren’t nearly as nice that charge the same. It also has some places that offer the same goodies The Suites does, but charges a lot more. The place is modern, and kept up. The staff actually works, which is a lot different from the last 2 places I lived. This brings me to something I read on this site from 9/7/11…someone said some things that I do not think are accurate. I think the managers keep things running smoothly. They like to give documents out to people that are directions for certain things, but I see that as being helpful. They ask us to keep quiet and keep things clean. I thought I wasn’t going to be able to do this when I first moved in, but I did. This helped me graduate. My friend is moving into my room when i move out because i recommended it highly. This place seems great, but they don't care one bit about the people renting. They care about money and getting everything they can out of you. We had somebody mess our mailbox up and they were suppose to fix it and get us new keys and never did! Then they charged us for it. They charged us for other random stuff that didn't make any sense. Plus, even if you set up the agreement and be honest with them, they will do whatever to get more money out of you. They say you can sublease, I was 4th on the lease to find a subleaser and they put 40 other people in front of me. If Ginger doesn't like you, which I don't think she likes anybody, than be ready for a major headache!! They lie, twist things, and charge extra. BEWARE! I would tell my friend to run far away from this place!
