Do NOT rent from them. They are not willing to help the tenant, they are lazy, and do not have the staff to take care of problems. If there is a problem you must stay on them repeatedly to get it finished. Several times I have been told "Can't you just do it yourself". They have been uncooperative, and told me they don't want to put the money forth. I do not think they have the building owners best interest in the business as they do not take request seriously or to the owner at all sometimes. I have had the worse time trying to get essentials fixed such as the locks on the front door, the toilet flushing, and ants. They are rude and unprofessional when I do push for things to be fixed and most of the time blame it on the building owner. That is if they even respond to you at all! Horrible business practices! Save yourself the trouble!
