For some reason, I was blown away by their outstanding services and quality of work.
I will say, I have never seen balloons that lasted for over two weeks - my kids really had a good time with those balloons everytime.
Surprisingly, all my friends who came to the occasion knew where I got those beautifully designed balloons from even before I told them.
I will always recommend them, anytime and anywhere.

This was my first time using this business. The guy that answered originally had said they were moving their store and he would meet me somewhere with the balloons, which I thought was so very nice. I had stated that they were for my nephews birthday on friday. I met him at the designated place ( gave him $10.00 for 6 balloons ). Met him and received the balloons with the exact colors I asked for. They appeared OK. Within 1 minute of receiving ( of course once we all left ) one of the green ones popped scaring me to death. I thought... I sure hope they all don't continue. Went into a dentist appointment and when I came back out, all of them had gone down about half the size. I felt them and they were very soft, so I knew they were not going to last until they reached my nephew the next morning. I called back very disappointed and the guy answers with not "Decor Express", but simply a "hello". Thinking I got the wrong number, I asked if it was them and he replied, yeah. Humm. I explained what had happened in hopes he would take these back and replace them in good standing. NOPE… he says, well they only last for about a day!! I said, I have only had them several hours and one has already popped and the rest are half the size. He said he would give me two more balloons if I wanted to come get them. 1. I am 30 minutes away by now, and not sure now where his new location was. 2. he should have in good standing apologized and said I will indeed replace them and 3. not argued that their balloons did not do that.. well, yes they do!! I was very impressed and yet suspicious that he would rather meet me somewhere than have me come to them, and very disappointed after getting them and paying 10.00 for balloons that popped immediately and will be useless within the next few hours. I have decorated using a helium tank for balloons and have had them stay up for well over a week. Because of time, I did not do that this time. I will the next time!!! I will NOT use them again.
