I brought my vehicle to Battle...

I brought my vehicle to Battlefield to have a puncture fixed. The first time, the patch failed, the second time, a bigger patch was installed. Then the tire went flat once again. On my third visit, I was told, mysteriously, that the pressure sensor valve on the tire was broken and needed to be replaced. After now spending over $300 to fix my tire, I assumed that it would be fixed finally. Well, I was wrong, the next day, I returned to the service department because my Tire Pressure Monitoring System light was on. This meant that my system was not functioning properly anymore. I was told by service that "oops, we didn't recalibrate it properly." Now this morning, the TPMS is on again. I have wasted about 4 hours of my time, dropping off the car and picking it up. I have never experienced anything like this before. NEVER use these people to do anything to your vehicle, they will break it and charge you to fix it over and over again!!

Battlefield Ford Rocks My World

Even though I didn't have much work for them, the service department provided me with a quick, professional and friendly experience. I had them do an oil change, four-wheel alignment and tire rotation. Everything went super smooth. Josette was my service writer. I also spoke with a sales person while I was waiting. They were very knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy. I got such a good vibe off of everyone there that I am actually looking forward to my next visit. Usually I dread visits to a dealership service department, so that's saying something. This is really an exceptional dealer with just the right staff. I hope you get a chance to meet them.
