Provided by YP.comI recently had to quickly find a place to board my cat for the holidays, unexpectedly. I had 3 days to find a place when boarding animals in the area were usually booked months in advance, and I happened upon this site, where I read the only review of this business. I decided to trust the review, and boy was I ever happy that I did!
Cat-A-Tude is more like an oasis for cats. My cat, extremely shy when put in a new place, was laying next to the Lori (the business owner) on the couch before I walked out the door. Her home is extremely clean and my cat seemed very content to be there. I never worried once about him on our trip. That's success in my book. I will certainly use her services in the future, and her prices are very reasonable.
I hope that after you read this, you will call her with any of your cat-boarding needs. You will not be disappointed, and neither will your cat.

Provided by YP.comAre you worried about pet sitting because you imagine your cat locked in a cage and not getting any attention? I was, and was so relieved when Cat-A-Tude was recommended to me. I have boarded my cats several times with them while on deployment, and every time I come back the cats make it clear they don't want to leave. They are well treated, groomed, given attention, and in affect welcome into the home.
Don't get me wrong- the cats get A1 treatment, but this isn't some crazy cat lady establishment where things smell like old urine and rotten cat food. It's just someone who believes animals should be well treated and has made that part of her business model.
Because of the extended stays, my cats also had to go to the vet for their annual exams, which Cat-A-Tude organized for me. They made sure the cats nails were trimmed, and figured out which toys my cats liked.
I can't recommend this place enough, and how much peace of mind it gave me to know my pets were content when I wasn't in a position to care for them. I can't tell you how much stress that would have added to my day if my cats where locked in a wall of cages like at the pound.
Lastly, I should also mention that the prices are very fair. I stay in Washington DC, and the 1:40 trip to Culpeper was more than worth it, both financially and in the interest of the cats.
