Wonderful customer service!

Called to get a automotive key made and I had the blanks. He asked where I bought the keys and I said Amazon and he refused to cut the keys. No explanation. I assume he doesn't need the work or the money. I will not waste my time again and I cannot recommend.

I would give zero stars but at least technician showed up. He was extremely rude think it's time for retirement.

Quick service. Technician arrived early than estimated during scheduling, which was great. Quickly unlocked truck in the pouring rain. I would definitely recommend to others.

Read other review. These people are pricks. Called today about getting a key cut. Plain out prick of a person. Just know that there are other places to go to. F this company and their lack of customer service. They will go out of buisness soon enough.

The speed with which my car was unlocked was really fast but I called the office to ask for a price and she never told me cash only, then the tech who unlocked my car never said cash only before he unlocked my car. when my car was unlocked and I offered him a credit card he blew up at me ranting about how I should have know better and he always kept emergency cash on him blah blah blah. he was really rude and mean and I wanted to cry. NOT customer service friendly at all so i offered for him to follow me to the atm and he refused saying he was too busy. I ended up giving a check but he was really mean about it yelling that it better clear and just being very nasty... they were the cheapest but i guess you get what you pay for.
