J and J Realty leased out our rental property and did not perform necessary maintenance or contractually obligated inspections. Basically, the tenants trashed the house which we found out only after terminating the lease and readying for sale. The will collect the check and extract their fee. no more no less. Their response - so sue me. Unacceptable.
