I’ve boarded my dogs at Mountain Run on numerous occasions. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They call if there are concerns with my fur kids and my fur babies love it there. Room to run and play and they get a wonderful bath to come home smelling lovely. Great place, people and care professionals.

I’ve been boarding my dogs at Mountain Run for 5 years. I have complete trust in the staff and know my dogs are well cared for and loved during each and every visit. They are there now and I have absolutely no worries! I ❤️ Mountain Run kennel. Thank you for all you do but especially for the peace of mind when leaving them in your care.

Do not trust these people with your animal. A friends dog required vet treatment after his stay and the owner hung up on him when he called to discuss the situation.

I left my dogs with Mountain Run Kennel for 10 days. They both lost significant weight in this time. My one dog lost 8 pounds in those 10 days. He also had a bad rash covering the entire underside of his body, for which the vet prescribed steroids. Finally, he had a major injury to his tail, that required bandaging and antibiotics from the vet, who says amputation is a possibility if it doesn't get better. When I suggested to the owner of the facility on the phone that her people were negligent in their care of my dogs, she hung up on me.
