Provided by YP.comLast night was their "Complimentary Grand Opening" night. It was buffet style. We enjoyed the bow tie pesto, the Chicken Cacciatore and the rolls were hot and especially good for sopping up sauces. The Cesar dressing was too salty, but the Balsamic dressing was excellent and the pizza was "EHH!"
Considering all they had to do was serve drinks, the service was lousy. The staff serving at the Buffet were friendly, but if there were waitors or waintresses, none came to our table. We had already started eating and had been sitting approx. 10 minutes when I had to ask a bus person to get us some water because nobody had asked us if we wanted something to drink. The woman at the bar came over and I complained about the fact that nobody had asked us for our drink order, her rude toned response was "Well, what do want to drink?" Most restaurants would have apologized for the oversight and asked for our order. Additionally, no body came by during our meal to ask how everythng was, or if we would like to order a dessert. However, once they served our drink orders they were fast to bring the bill. We were supposed to pay for our drinks and gratuity. So much for the gratuity, nobody ever identified themselves as a server. Other than the buffet servers, the only pleasant staff, at least on our side of the restaurant, were bus persons. I like a restaurant with the whole package, good food and service.
