This place is so unprofessional and care nothing about customer service. I stopped at their kiosk in the Westfield Shopping Center in Culver City to get a couple of lip rings. I looked around until I found the one I was looking for. I called the girl who was working there and showed her the ones I wanted. She asked the short or long stem. I replied "the long. She then went to get a baggie to put them in as I continued to look at other rings. She came to and handed me a little leopard (non see thru) bag and I paid and walked away. When I got home I realized that she had given me the short stem lip rings which can not fit me. I have had body piercings for about 25 yrs and knew I would not be able to return the rings. But in no way was I going to eat this cost. I would return to the kiosk and get a my correct pair at no cost since this was not my error. Yes, I could have looked in the bag when she gave it to me but I've never had an issue when buying body rings so my guard was down. Anyway, when I returned to the kiosk there was a different girl who immediately refused to give me a new pair. She then called the owner who just keep repeating we don't give refunds or exchanges. I repeatedly explained this was a mistake done by one of his employees and he should try to make this right. He of course didn't....all he cared about was keeping the measly $15 instead of realizing i was a valuable customer who would have spent far more in the long run if satisfied. They DO NOT CARE about the customers at all! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE...SPEND YOUR MONEY WHERE THEY ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT YOU AS A CUSTOMER.
