You absolutely deserve to take your vehicle to these guys. This is as professional as it gets; from personal customer care, punctuality, & of course craftsmenship. My Subie WRX (black) was hit in Oct and the Subaru body shop couldn't make the paint match (has blue specks in it) & this time, a non-Subaru body shop...ICC Collision Center - made it an exact match. They called me everyday with an update and their office manager who handles the phones, Joyce, was always pleasant and overly nice, even when things were chaotic around her. I may even think about buying one of these franchises and having someone run it, because ICC apparently really knows how to qualify franchisees and duplicate culture. Just go there!

These people are terrific!!! Not only did they work everything out with the insurance company, keeping me informed along the way, the work was done impeccably and, to my surprise on getting my car back, they detailed the car, inside and out, before giving it back to me!! Definitely above and beyond and with a very friendly and helpful staff.

Lets just say, my very negative boyfriend from the moment he saw my car said "Wow, these people care..." YUP! I was so impressed when I received my car back from ICC. I got in a little accident a week ago and Progressive suggested to take my car into this place. After a little research about their work and visiting their website and finding that it was a maybe flashy but persuasive, I decided to just take it in and get my poor car fixed and over with. With the front bumper, passenger side fender, turn signal, and head light needing to be replaced (for my first claim and then two days after my accident my car was broken into before taking it into ICC-not fun) and THEN for my second claim, a new passenger side window that needed to not only be replaced but re-tinted as well, side view mirror and interior fixed, I didn't expect my car back for another two weeks. I dropped off my car Friday morning to be estimated and parts ordered and got it back by the following Friday with it cleaned inside and out, polished and complimentary detail. :) Needless to say, they were fast, friendly and very punctual. They made sure to keep me involved every step of the way via E-mail or even by a personal call. If you ever have to take your car into an auto-body shop, take it to ICC Their customer service is amazing and so is their work.

Oh my stars, we came out here from Alabama and we don’t know a soul. My Insurance had us take the truck to you all and we really liked how you treated us. We talk funny and feel out of place out here in California but we made some new friends at the body shop. My husband is disabled and he used to work on cars all his life. He said they did a really good job so I’m guessing they deserve 5 stars. Thanks ya’all.

My experience here was really enjoyable.  i dropped in, was given a price & time estimate for a mini work plus carpet steam, was told they couldn't take me that day but could the next.  I dropped my car off at the appointed time, the car was thoroughly cleaned & looked great, it was ready when they said it would be, I was charged what was estimated, & literally every single person I talked to was helpful & friendly & a pleasure.

I'm HUGE on Customer Service. ICC went above and beyond to make me a very please customer! Alex took great care of me and my car! Unfortunately, my car got hit twice within a matter of 6 months....however ICC took awesome care of us both times! Alex called with updates as promised, was thorough in answering questions and was always helpful coordinating my getting to and from the shop/rental car place. In addition to great service overall, ICC went above and beyond to help me when they didn't have to. A few weeks after my first repair with them,  I thought something was wrong with the repair job they had done because my bumper suddenly became misaligned. After taking a closer look, it turns out something had gotten caught in the wheel well while was driving, and pulled part of the bumper out of place. They found the problem, explained that it was a new problem unrelated to the repairs they had done previously...yet still took the time to put it back in place for me without any question! Thanks ICC, Alex and Joe!

Usually, when you walk into a place that works with your car, you expect to be cheated. Sad, but true. Most of us just don't know enough about cars to be protected. So when our hood release broke, I groaned and checked my savings account. When I called ICC Collision Center, I got the managers cell phone as he was on the way out and asked me to call his cell so he could lock up and talk, and even though the shop was closed, he talked to me for close to ten minutes while I described my problem. He was friendly, upfront about potential problems and spoke very clearly, all without "talking down" to me. When my wife went in the next day (alone), she was met with the same courtesy. They didn't haggle or try to get extra work done. In fifteen minutes, the hood release was working again, and the mechanics asked for just a few dollars (I don't remember now exactly, but it was less than $20). ICC Collision Center is a solid, honest company.

Omg... I can't believe I'm going to review this body shop. As a female we HATE going to a body shop (I feel like I have sucker written on my forehead) Trust me ladies, this shop does fabulous work, you won't be ripped off and the work is guaranteed. I could not have asked for a better job to be done. Thanks Jack.

My car was scraped and the other driver asked me to get an estimate before filing for insurance. I was trying to be a good guy and help him out...so I looked around and found ICC on-line. Ed, the owner, was so helpful. He contacted the other driver, explained the estimate to him and arranged for the work to be done on my car as quickly as possible. When doing the work, it took him less than 3 days, even though he had estimated it might take longer. He kept me in the loop throughout and I know he was even fair and honest to the other guy, even though he had no reason to be. When I got my car back, I realized that Ed had fixed all of the issues from the actual incident, as well as scrapes and marks that were from other times. He didn't charge any more money -- he just made my car look great. I'm always highly skeptical about any auto work because of the unknown....Ed put me at ease immediately. He is a small local business who I will definitely continue to support and recommend all others to do the same. Keep it up.

I had my first accident a few weeks ago, someone hit us real hard on our rear bumper and I had no idea how everything works with car repair and insurance. I just gave ICC a call telling them the situation and Sylvia, the manager I think, just tells me to bring it in as soon as I want and they'll take care of me. It was a really short conversation and no waste of time.  I dropped off my car and Joe, the guy who estimates the cost, leads me where to park. He inspects everything and after that, I just left it there without any hassle . They even tried to get me a free car rental but I didn't need it since I had borrowed a car already from my sister. Joe called me every other day just to tell me how the car was going. He also dealt with my insurance company too trying to push them to waive my deductible since the accident wasn't my fault. They took care of me in all aspects and in less than two weeks, I had my car back looking like it was brand new. It was also nicely washed like it was detailed. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Today I picked up my car from ICC and was fully expecting the color not to match because my car is 10 years old. I have a 2002 Honda Accord and the paint is ok but I wasn’t sure anyone could match it. I even tried to get my insurance company to paint the whole car and they said they wouldn’t cover it. So they painted the front bumper and the two front wheel panels with my hood. My car is silver and I was completely blown away. The painter is really good. My car looks new and the color match is perfect, I have looked at it in every kind of light I can find at every possible angel and it matches perfect. I am happily surprised. Give you painter as much as he asks for because I think he is worth it.

I never take the time to write reviews with people I do business with, but my experience with my recent auto accident was what started to be very scary and intimidating situation, turned out to be hassle free and restores my faith in the possibility of good auto repair service based business! The staff at ICC took charge of my unfortunate accident, arranged my rental car, and in 6 days returned my Toyota in like new condition. I cannot express my satisfaction with the customer service and quality service I received there. Thank you Ed, Jack and office staff for the extraordinary, hassle free job.

I've played the "lowest cost collision repair" game for years. In the end, I was the one who always paid the price. Now I feel like I'm getting to have my cake and eat it too! Not only does ICC offer very competitive pricing they also have, hands down, the absolute BEST service I've ever experienced. This philosophy emanates from the top on down. In fact the owner of the shop made sure to be there when I picked up my car -- to be sure it was to my satisfaction. I'm done looking -- these guys rock!

After an unfortunate accident in my new car (I had just purchased 2 months earlier!) and the drivers side door was crunched badly to the point it would barely close. I took my car to ICC Collision (from a friends recommendation) and the owner himself did the estimate and gave me a fast timeline to complete the repair. They arranged for a rental car, took care of all the insurance paperwork and I was off and running. Less than 10 days later I was amazed at the results! The car looked like nothing had ever happened! Perfect paint match, zero defects and right on budget!

I would highly recommend ICC on Washington. They were very warm and professional. Alex the Manager was extremely helpful and gracious, and assisted me above and beyond. Go there!

While considering buying a used car from a nearby dealership, I noticed that It had some damage and I wanted to get it checked out. One of the gentlemen at ICC Collision Center (the manager, I think) said he'd take a look for no charge. He lifted the hood and quickly pointed out several issues and the questionable repair work. I decided not to buy the car. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Based on this interaction alone, I would take my car here for service.

After a bad experience at another establishment, I was referred to ICC by a friend. I took my car in for a repair and was pleasantly surprised. Joseph quickly assessed the problem, ordered the part, and completed the work within a day. He took the time to provide me with a detailed explanation and came up with a feasible solution. Both Joe and Jack are very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. I highly recommend them and will definitely return in the future!

After my hubby made a boo boo in my baby SUV, I called my mechanic shop, they told me to head right over to ICC. I was hesitant because my family always used another shop in the area, but I got a great vibe from Jack at ICC. Jack was wonderful! he called every so often to keep me posted on new details and although it took a little over three weeks, my baby came back good as new! He even fixed a ding in my door that wasn't related to the accident. Excellent, friendly, honest service isn't easy to find but I totally got all the above at ICC.
