Horrific Customer Service!!!

I sometimes wonder if these employees in the Culver City store were hired from a monthly parole list... They seem more interested in talking on their cell phones than helping customers. I've been a loyal customer for years having bought 3 HP PC's, 2 laptops and even a couple of plasmas for my office, But when I came in for a price adjustment for a $900.00 television that was purchased not even 5 days before they gave me a hard time. The asst manager is a spineless twit who needs to get some people skills. I've since started shopping at Staples, Selection is not as good, but I can't and won't spend another dollar with Office Depot! Losing a loyal customer was not worth a measly $100.00 adjustment!!!
