This Medical Office Of Lowell Theard Is A Complete Joke.. They Are Extremly Rude And Un Professional. They Are Obviously Racist As They Make All Non African American Patients Wait 3 Hours Or More Till They Can Quote"Fit You In" His Front Desk Receptionist Is Very Rude Talking The Entire Time With Her Boyfriend On The Phone And The Rest Of The Time In The Back Room With DR Theard! I Was So Outraged I Walked Out As The Secratary Chased Me And My Poor 70 Year Old Mother Calling Her foul Names As We Left In The Elevator They Should Be Reported To The State Medical Board.
