The water is good quality for a good price. The owner is efficient and hard working. The problem is that he closes at random times, with little warning.
The online hours are never changed. If you call the store, he may or may not answer depending on how busy he is.
So, you just have to go down there. And every once in a while, he's closed.
Very frustrating!
