HR, DC Headstart is a federally funded program that implements education, health, and parent involvement into a secure, productive environment. The early Headstart program is a uniquely federally funded serving infant children to three years of age. The early Headstart program also provide services to expectant mothers through prenatal support services, as well as their newborns. This program offers full day, year-round, quality care and education to low income families.
