They've lost a sweater, their pick-up service is completely unpredictable (even after they give you a schedule), they destroy buttons on expensive shirts and then charge you to have them replaced (in a roundabout way by cleaning the garment, which, having not been worn since the last time they cleaned it and destroyed a button, didn't need cleaned a second time), using thread that comes nowhere near approximating the color of the original. I'm done with them.

Very happy with their services! Ladies were very nice.
