Historic Highlands Association of REALTORS ( HHAR ) is a member and affiliate organization that is based in Cumberland, Maryland. HHAR specializes in real estate in Allegany County, Maryland and Mineral County, West Virginia. Many of our REALTOR members are also licensed in nearby Pennsylvania. Because HHAR is in such close proximity to the neighboring states of West Virginia and Pennsylvania, it is possible for real estate buyers to travel from state to state in search of that perfect piece of property. The Historic Highland Association of REALTORS is proud to have such great areas to offer to real estate buyers and sellers. HHAR follows guidelines that have been developed by the National Association of REALTORS , along with Maryland Association of REALTORS . We are committed to making sure that our members and affiliates provide a fair experience in buying and selling of real estate in the tri-state area.
