Mr. Hook provided DJ services for our annual Winter Dance on February 11, 2017. He was very punctual, communicated effectively with the students and teacher adviser, and professional with the use of music selections. Mr. Hook provided the music the students had selected from his web app. The student body was very positive in their reactions and feedback about his service.

Everything started out fine. Jimmy Hook seemed personable and professional when we met at his home/office. The wedding day went well and Jimmy did well taking pictures. The reason this is a bad review is because that is the last thing he did for us without being hounded. 6 months so far of unanswered phone calls with only a return phone call once, and that's when I left a message saying that I was coming to his house. Then he promised to have things ready in a week, which never happened. That was 2 months ago and I haven't heard from him since. So far all we've received is a our "$200 print credit" which got us about 50 photos that look like they were printed at Walgreens, and a CD with the digital photos. After paying him $1250 dollars 8 months ago, I feel like I've been duped. Take your business to a professional photographer that cares about their customers.
