Have moved numerous times in my life. This is the absolute worst moving company I have ever used. Unprofessional workers. Confrontational with customer. Refused to move alot of boxes. Had to rent a UHaul and pay 3 persons to help move the things they didn't. Things that are wrong is too numerous to mention. Called company left message with wife of owner she took notes on what happened and said her husband (owner) would call me back. It has been over a week. I keep calling and now they won't answer their phone.

A few months ago, the apartment complex that I live in used Legacy Moving and Storage, LLC, to move the residents out during renovations. During this time, I had a few things broke, including some dishware and a 46 inch TV. All they had to show for my stuff that got broke while in there care, was a check for $100, months after me speaking with the boss himself, and continuously bugging management of the apartment complex. And as days go on, I notice that I have boxes missing, that contain valuable items! I have talked to my neighbors and at least 3 of those neighbors say they have boxes missing as well! I highly DO NOT recommend Legacy Moving and Storage, LLC!
