I was appalled by the rude behavior the employee who I dealt with yesterday, instead of telling me they were busy and they couldn't clip my dog's nails then. she clipped them complaining the whole time about they were busy and just unprofessional when I told her I have a 20 and it was 10 I asked for change 5 and 5 singles response was an attitude and the words "you're killing me" because I asked for change so I can give her a tip I couldn't believe the audacity of this woman how she treated me, especially considering I'm still trying to tip her even though she was horribly rude Never again will I go back the worst experience I've had with a groomer.

Would recommend to everyone. Our pets love going to Uptown Hound
