I have had service with this company for a good while now and they have never disappointed me in the least. I have tried other companies over the years but none of them can compare to them. They are very prompt and professional with the service. The office staff is also very prompt with answering any and all of my questions or concerns. I would recommend these folks to anyone.

I had service with these folks for almost 15 years and was very disappointed at how our relationship ended. In 2010 i signed a 10 year termite contract with them. This last December (2014) i received a letter from them telling me that my 5 year contract was up and that i needed to have my home re-treated. I called them and told them that i had the 10 year contract right in front of me and asked them why they thought i should have to pay for re-treatment?

They told me that since i had not had the annual inspection done, which was totally their fault as they had not contacted me for two years to set up the annual inspection, that i had to pay for a new 5 year treatment.

I thought this was very unfair as it was there responsibility to contact me about the annual inspections. I had the inspections done each year they contacted me to do so. They are the ones that had dropped the ball on this occasion.

After calling many times and never having my phone calls responded to or returned. I left messages many times!

I finally spoke with Myra and offered to pay for half of the new 5 year contract as i thought this was very fair since i still believe it was their fault that my 10 year contact was null and void since i had missed two years of annual inspections.

They declined and told me that i would have to pay for a new 5 year contract at the a a reduced price. She told me that they would offer me the plan at 50% off, which was $500, but she lied about that as she had already told me earlier that the new plan would be $450.

It is obvious to me that these people are lairs and they probably did not notify me of my annual inspections just so they could charge me for a new contract and to get out of the 10 year contract that they never intended to honor.

They were terrible at returning phone calls and just wanted to take my money and not do their job. As i said, i had been with them for almost 15 years and this is how they treated me and my family.
