Michael, my sales person, greeted me promptly and asked if I was looking for something specific. He listened, then he directed me to the relevant part of the store, and most importantly left me alone to look at my own pace. He checked in at appropriate intervals and answered any questions I had. At one point I was lounging around in a chair, and someone else sat down and started chatting with me. I later learned he was the store manager. I was having trouble deciding among three chairs, so the manager suggested bringing a cushion from each chair to a sofa that had similar upholstery to the one I own. He pulled a throw pillow that was similar to my paint so I could see the total effect. That was a great idea because it helped me eliminate one chair immediately. It was harder to decide between the other two chairs -- the upholstery was similar, but one was a little bolder than the other. I ended up choosing the mure subtle print. Finishing the purchase was very easy since I was using my credit card. Delivery will be in less than 2 weeks, and I can hardly wait. I felt very well taken care of, especially with two guys fetching and carrying for me, but I was not overwhelmed by too much attention. In addition every other employee in the store was very friendly.

We have bought many pieces of furniture from Ashley over the years and have always been happy with the service. Today we bought a sectional and a bar and Ona was extremely helpful and awesome to work with. We were very happy with our purchases and our experience with Ashley!

They were wonderful people especially on Amy salesperson and the managers, Michael, and Dave. The service was awesome, people were so respectful, and personable. I'm new to the area and they made me feel right at home. I would recommend Ashley furniture store to everyone. I'm very happy with the quality of my items. Most of all I like the way I was treated I was in the store for hours selecting items and they never complained. Ona is a special person so to everyone who views this stop in and ask for her. Thanks for making me feel great service is number one in my book
