Provided by YP.comCatch Air Cumming is great for play, A+. Parties, however, barely get a passing grade.
Our party “coordinator” did not introduce herself. She did not communicate the order of events to me; in fact, she hardly uttered a word, never smiled from start to finish. It was very uncomfortable, and this alone was enough to turn me off forever. She even got impatient when the kids were to be lined up for cake, and got snippy, “Do you, uh, just want to go ahead and get the group picture?”
I assumed this was the status quo until I saw another coordinator introducing herself to a mother and communicating the event schedule. Great, I got the bum bad-teenage-attitude party coordinator. A little supervision by a mature management figure could have prevented this, but no such luck.
I could have overlooked the small details, but the coordinator and her assistant were so miserable, it made the other oversights just as unforgivable.
There is no adult seating in the party room. There were three measly stools stacked up in a corner that I had to unstack and place out for three lucky guests. Every other mom, dad and grandparent was hunched over in a child sized chair.
There are only enough paper goods and plastic utensils for the children paid for. If you want the adults to have cake, bring your own paper products, I suppose.
Kids get juice. If you want refreshments for the adults, be prepared to pay at concession by the bottle. Adult refreshments should be included in the party cost or as an optional add on.
The trash can in the party room was full to the brim with trash. Gross. The trash can was also strategically placed right behind the birthday girl, so every picture of her stars her and the big yellow trashcan until I wised up and moved it.
The floors were sticky.
Catch Air does limit the party to two hours, and this is fine, but being corralled and ushered out the back door by the scowling party “coordinator” was tacky, tacky, tacky.
It would serve Catch Air well to have adult management on site during peak hours and parties. A smile and mindful coordinating would have gone a long way. My child would give her birthday party an A. As a parent, I rate the Cumming Catch Air party as a C-.

Provided by YP.comMy child loves this place and so do I. It is a really big place for all all different types of inflatables. My child loves it because he can just run free without extreme supervision. He can be a kid. I love it because he can be active and it is safe since there aren't any hard surfaces.
They also have great birthday party deals. We've held his birthday there and are considering it again this year since he had such a great time.

Provided by YP.comCatch Air is the best indoor play place I've been to. It has about 6 or 7 Moon Walk Structures, which vary from standard ones to giant slides to an obstacle course.
In addition to the standard Moon Walk structures, they also have a toddler 'room' full of giant balloons for them to push around and an area with giant 1' long duplos for building. They also have a huge climbable structure like what you'd see at a McDonald's but nicer and some toddler exercise equipment like treadmills and bikes.
Additionally, they turn down the lights and play some music and the kids dance with the likes of Sponge Bob every hour or two.
If you have a kid between the ages of 1 and 10, take them here and everyone will have a blast.

Provided by YP.comThis is by far the best kids play place my family has EVER been to! My kids had so much fun and they even take safety measures similar to other bigger kids play areas which i thought was fantastic since i've never seen that anywhere else. My kids can't wait to go back!

Provided by YP.comWe recently had Jaco's 7th birthday at Cumming location after we did his 6th at Johns Creek last year. We enjoyed Cumming better than Johns Creek because they have more variety of activites, excellent customer service (I think our coordinator's name was Kathy), and most of all, it was not as crowd as Johns Creek. They got two party rooms so they run only one party at a time while Johns Creek runs multiple parties at the same time. I would strongly recommend this location to my friends.

Provided by YP.comI bought the 5 pass Groupon and took my two children in October. I specifically asked hte little girl working the counter what I had to do redeem the other 3 passes. She said that I could just bring the Groupon in again and they would deduct the visits.
Today, in December, I took my kids as well as my niece, and was planning on using the last 3 passes. When they checked it they said it has already been used. I told them the story above and the little girl said that she will go back and check. When she came back out of the back she said that there was nothing she could do because we were supposed to get a punch card after the first time we came. I asked her how I was supposed to know that if the employee I was dealing with did not tell me? She said she was sorry that there was nothing else she could do. I said let me speak to the manager that she went in the back and talked to. She said that she was the general manager. I asked her to make it right and she said again there was nothing left for her to do. I told her that now I had to pay or disappoint my children.
I went back and asked for her name and the owners name an contact info. All she would give me was the owners name saying the only way I could contact him was through Facebook. What??
Anyway, we won't be back here. I had a bd taste in my mouth the first time as the place is run by, what seems like, 15 year old girls. None of which seem to have a clue on how to handle customers.

Provided by YP.comDO NOT have your child's birthday party at Catch Air! We booked a party for up to 16 kids but only 3 showed up. They still charged us for 16 children! Any other place, like Monkey Joe's, will let you pay for the smaller package. I emailed the District Manager and he never responded. They don't care about your children or making you happy, they just wan't your money. And when you party is over, the children in your party are not allowed to play anymore. Everyone has to leave when your 2 hours are up. This place may be good for playing, but HORRIBLE for parties!
