I'm giving this store only 1 star because they don't wear gloves in handling meat, and several of their behind-the-counter associates have a terrible attitude. They are not specifically regulated by the Dept. of Agriculture to wear gloves unless they are handling prepared meats and foods, however common sense should tell them this would be much more sanitary...as we have no idea where their hands have been.

I lived in Atlanta for 11 years and drove north to Cumming to get my meat from Ferguson's Meat Market. The store manager at the now defunct Harris Teeter in Roswell told me that he bought his meat there and when HT shut down, he told all of us loyal customers to go there as well. Anyway, I moved to Florida two years ago, and I still go to Fergusons every six months to fill up my freezer with their fabulous steak, ribs and chicken. They cut and freezer wrap to my specifications and the meat quality is like none other! Their prices are the most reasonable around and the quality is fabulous--it really equates to the high end meat you buy at a specialty grocer or butcher shop for a fraction of the price.



I love Fergusons...and probably haven't given up red meat just because of them!

Excellent Quality meat at an affordable price. I will never buy my meat anywhere else!
