Support Your Local Florists! excellent Problem Resolution.

I quickly googled for florists in the area to order a gift. Ava's Florist came up first with "A" in the name and the website made it appear that they were local. I saw exactly what I was looking for with a named arrangement they had, and ordered it. It wasn't until the final receipt was processed that I noticed a statement about I may receive something of like kind -but I trusted it. Later following delivery I called my daughter to ask her if she liked it, the butterfly attached and the type of basket, etc.? She said that wasn't what she got and texted me a picture and it was nice, but nothing like I ordered. I I mediated sent an email to Ava's seeking resolution, explanation, replacement or my money back. To date -I still have not heard from them.

However, she told me the name on the delivery paper said Heard Florist. It dawned on me that maybe Ava's was a middleman service like Others and that orders went to locals to fill. I immediately called Heard's

'S and believe I spoke with Tim. He immediately told me he wanted to resolve any problems. It was then that when he read what was sent to him -there was no reference to a particular arrangement, only a note that said colored daisies in a basket. Without going into further detail, let me just say that within 5 minutes, the problem was explained and not motor than an hour or so later my daughter received a extremely lovely replacement directly from Heard's. I can't express my gratitude enough and will not only sing their praises to others, but order all my flowers from them and local businesses in the future. Great Florist!

I have been a long time customer and have never had any kind problem with the employees who worked there or the flowers that they sent for me. Tony Heard is one of the best people around . He will do his best to help you and your family in the time of need.
