Do NOT use them! They totally ruined my delicate Diane Von Furstenberg cashmere sweater, it came out all in holes! They NEVER check the special dry cleaning instructions on the label. My sweater came out not as soft as cashmere is supposed to be or as it was before. And they just laughed in my face and said moths in my closet ate my sweater! I have never had moths and have moth repellents all over my house and I had given them a sweater without holes, plus it's just rude and disrespectful to find an excuse like this for a horrible mistake they made! Never going back again!
