My appointment on 6/17/24 was handled in a professional manner from the time I entered the office throughout my appointment. The receptionist was very helpful and guided me through the process before entering the examination room where additional information was collected by the Doctors assistant, upon which the DR. began his examination and completed answering all of the questions I had in great detail concluding with a summary of my condition and what he presented a plan to deal with my medical issue. I couldn't be more pleased with service and the experience I received from Northside Neurology.

ALL negative with everything and everybody associated with this place. We went to this office for almost a year with absolutely NO compassion, NO help and NO organization. Really in every way (including the dose of medicine) the left hand did not know what the right hand was doing.

We advise --- stay clear of this place!

We went to a new Dr. and within one hour had help, hope and a direction for positive results --- ALL with 100% compassion to help. Very thankful !

I called because my son suffered a bad concussion. They offered their first appointment to see and assess him 2 1/2 weeks away. I don't know anyone physician that would recommend a person wait that long to follow up a concussion. Terrible.
