If "0" Stars were an option - that would be my selection. I have NEVER worked with a vendor who would not return my calls, text, emails requesting them to FINISH the job they began in October 2017. They removed between 12 - 15 trees and included in their price the cost of grinding the stumps. I paid them in full - in advance of them grinding the stumps. BIG MISTAKE! Though I had words like "I promise" we will get it scheduled in text messages - NOTHING. I then spoke with Ray (the new owner) in JANUARY seeking assistance in getting the stumps ground. He assured me that he would get it taken care of and that he was a man of his word. When I spoke to him last - end of April - he asked that I confirm that utilities were marked and clear. I did that. Since then - CRICKETS. I've texted, emailed, called and not even the COURTESY of a response. This company has taken my money for a complete job and has NOT DELIVERED A COMPLETE JOB! I do not recommend this company AT ALL and would encourage seekers to seek elsewhere! Don't let this happen to you!
