I came to this vape store in desperation. My tank purchased from a different store was not working and I needed help. The gentleman worked with me for over an hour trying to help me. He took the tank apart and cleaned it. He changed the coiled and did different tests on the tank. He was the most knowledgeable person that I have ever met about vaping and settings on my new mod. Of all of the different vape shops that I have been, I have not met anyone that was this helpful and really had my best interest in mind. I had not planned on spending any money but I did purchase a new tank and he even personalized it to match me pink mod. Vape Alot has the best people working for them and TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will be continuing to shop at Vape Alot. Thank you so much for what you did for me.

I just went into this shop for the first time today. I simply needed help with unscrewing the bottom of my sub tank. After spending all day trying to unscrew it I gave up and stopped in. The gentleman that helped me did everything he could to unscrew it and he did!!! I am so thankful he tried what he could instead of selling me a 40$ replacement. I will definitely be returning for everything I need. I couldn't have been more pleased!! Great staff and great atmosphere. Thank you again!!
