They are great with my elder dog. No one can grind her nails, but Dirty Dog! I've tried many places, including my vet.

I have mixed feelings about this place. Great hours, great location and my dog always feels great after picking her up. The main lady there (sorry, cannot remember her name) is fantastic and super nice. But when I call to make an appointment sometimes it's "we're full" to "you don't have to make an appointment, just come in whenever." So which is it? And although you can hear dogs barking when I do call, the call itself cuts in/out and they speak very low, sometimes it's hard to hear what they are saying and when you ask to repeat themselves they sound frustrated. Over all it's a good place but sometimes it can be frustrating when trying to make an appointment, especially when one person says you don't have to and the other person tells me they are booked up.
