Zaxby's is a great fast-food chicken place with great snackers (small chicken sandwiches) and fries as well as great zalads (yes, with a Z). We go here often when we're in the area and it's consistently fresh and tastes great, and the order is always correct, which can be rare at fast food places. The main downside is that they only give you one sauce and then you have to pay (yes, PAY) for extra sauce. It's a shame that such a great chicken place is being held back by nickel and diming customers over $0.02 sauce. If they'd ever change that policy, they'd keep more customers instead of pissing off many. For us, we still go back because we don't get extra sauce (zalad and sandwiches don't need them) but we know lots who are pissed at the charge and won't go on principle alone.
