Provided by YP.comEgnacios wedding planning and package deal, turns out to be not that great of a deal. After the initial consult and reciept of 1000.00 deposit good luck getting a hold of Anita for any questions or concerns that might come up. But rest assured there will always be an "excuse" for why she didnt get back to you. Not everything was bad. The church is beautiful with a beautiful country setting, the flowers were ok even though they werent quite what was requested and we were given regular stick pin corsages for the ladies instead of wrist corsages as requested. The food, once it was served was anywhere from room temperature to really good according to some people. The service was slow and started nearly a whole hour after it was suppose to, making everything after start late as well. Some of our older guest were unable to stay for all the festivities because they started too late. The cake table was not set up at the beggining of the reception and was slowly "thrown together" during the corse of the evening. Cups for the ice water and tea that was served with the meal were not set out until after everyone was served. Dinner plates did not start to get picked up for 21/2 hours after serving. To top all this off, a 1.300 dollar error was supposedly made in the adding of the costs and was requested 1 week before the wedding was to take place. My advice to anyone contemplating hiring Egnacios to do their wedding would be to just utilize the church and hire someone else for the rest of it. Save yourselves alot of frustration.
