Sub: I phone not working properly and no proper service in Mumbai, India.



Respected Sir / Madam,

I Have Purchased my I phone 4S from USA, keep in the mind that you provide international services with the Warranty & Guarantee.

I am very disappointed with the service which is been provided to us in Mumbai, India. There is no proper solution or answer been given to us for the service of My Iphone. I am facing WI-FI problem in my cell phone, and have given several time to your registered service centre. I have almost spend Rs. 6000/- till date but till date they have not been able to solve the mystery. When I ask them to replace and give me the new cell phone, they told me it can’t be replace as it is been purchased from US.

I had a different Impression regarding your company & with it service, we thought if we are spending such a big amount in cell phone company would defiantly provide us good service across the Globe but looking at the service in India, I feel it has nothing more than other cell phone company.

I request you to please replace and give us new cell phone, if possible please guide us how do we go ahead with it, If require we can also send my cell phone to you, you can replace and send us new one in India.

Pls.advise to me where I send(courier) this 4s phone because without wi-fy iphone not useable for me
