Cho is the owner of Joy Handy-Man. He spent an hour to fix my broken glass window, and charged us $200. He is expensive and not an honest handy man. I will not recommend him to anybody, and also will not call him again. Below is my story.

He came to do an estimate on our broken window, but can not communicate well in English. The broken window is only a glass panel, measured to be around 5 x 4 feet. At first he said $160. I told him that are you sure, due to the old house condition, seems like it needs more work. Then he said, oh yah, need to take out the other three glass panel, and put some wood to support while he do the window. So, it's $200. Stupid me, said ok. The next day he came to fix the window by just pulling out the broken one, then put the new glass and four piece of wood around the window to hold the glass. It is a very simple job, and he did not take down the other three panels. He spend an hour to fix the windows, and charge us $200. He is not an honest handy man. I will not recommend him to anybody, and also will not call him again. I feel I got con!
