This is an excellent location for chicken. Managers are really awesome, especially Michael who made my confusing order seems like it wasn't. He took the order and packed it as well in a very quick manner. I know I came in almost at closing but it seemed that he didn't care about that, only me. Recommend this place to everyone, you won't be disappointed.

This is one of very frustrated place around Cupertino neighborhood. I was very hungry this late evening and I wanted to go in and out as quickly as I could, and with of course very reasonable pricing, around 5:00 pm, December 3, 2009. The girl, I call her this name because she does not deserve any better name from me, at the counter heard my order, and quickly glance back at the cabinet right behind her. And she suggested me to change my order from 'original' to 'crispy' recipe since they did not have 'original' recipe chickens on hand at that time. This was common practices there all the time, I didn't know then. She ignored my original order and forced me to take whatever they have on hand or else tomorrow attitudes. If I wanted chicken this night, I had little choice but obeyed her commands. So I did because I was very hungry and impatient. Fifteen minutes later or so, one Mexican looking man called my name with strong Spanish accent, and he wanted me to change again to something else half fried chickens and half something else, I wasn't familiar its name even to this time. This time, I flatly refused. HELL, NO! That man tried to explain to me that they are virtually same, what's matter with me, he implied. Probably he was right, they are all God's creations, and even leftover foods in garbage cans had virtually the same chemical compounds to the same chicken on my dinner plate.'. It really angered me. so I walked out without my food, and I would never return to this place again even with thousand dollars. What a wasteful 20 minutes tonight!!!
