Something a little new, and different from I'm used too. The ipad outside threw me off a little bit because im so used to interacting with a person but it seems like it does the job just fine. The wait wasnt to long on a random thursday 30 minute wait. Definitely love the cool revolving belt with all the different types of sushi, and desserts. But the made to order items were better. The salmon was extremely delicious. The piece wasn't to big for the sushi rice or to small, just perfect. The sushi rice had to be one of the best around I've tasted. It wasn't to soft or to hard. Just strong enough to not fall a part. The service was great! Everything got to us in a timely manner, and always with a smile. Green tea ice cream, and some donut dessert were amazing! Overall my experience here was great. Definitely would come back.
