A complete disaster. Very unorganized and highly unprofessional. They come to your house to enter you in a bogus drawing. My wife signed up and shortly we received a call. The woman who called was very kind and professional but misleading to say the least. We were told a rep was coming to shampoo a room in our home. I understand marketing and they were coming to sell us. I was interested up until the guy came to my house. The rep who I will not name, never cleaned a single room. Instead he went over a small section repeatedly. The kirby itself is great, the people in this office is the problem. Regrettably I purchased the kirby for $1700 I was promised free bags and shampoo which I never received. I called the next day for the guy to come out and put the thing in box so I could return this horrible purchase. He never came. Finally, the last day to return I kept calling the guy and this office where I spoke with the woman who scheduled him to come out and not once did anyone return my call. The following day he calls me back and explains it's too late for me to return my kirby. Quite ironic if you ask me. A few days ago my wife got a call asking us to give the names for new customers and they will give us bags. I never received the initial bags or shampoo we were promised. This company is the worst! I do not recommend kirby or jhn consulting as they like to call themselves to anyone. Terrible customer service.
