We bought a 2014 Commander Max XT in March 2015 from the Fish & Hunt Shop. We drove several hours to pick up the demo UTV with the expectations that it would be "like new" after being detailed and fully serviced. When we arrived we found that it had not been serviced or cleaned prior to our arrival. We had scheduled the pickup two weeks prior so you can imagine we were surprised to find the UTV dirty with mud and leaves when we arrived. We received a vehicle walk thru by the service tech and found a machete under the front passenger seat. When we got home we found a large rock wedged in the belly pan. We contacted Mile Soder, our sales manager, who we had previous positive experiences with, and he did not return calls to remedy the issue as he promised. The dealer also did not reprogram the display and it still reads "Fish and Hunt Shop" so we now have to take it to a dealer in lower Michigan for reprogramming and full service. Three hundred miles into our ownership we have spent over $1000 on a "like new" UTV. Worst buying and follow through experience at the Curtis Fish and Hunt Shop. Needless to say we will not be snow checking out new sbowmobiles through them.
