the driver showed up at my house and refused to tow the car. he claimed it was too low for his flat bed truck. When i specifically asked for a flat bed and notified the person who set up the appointment that the car was lowered. I work in the auto industry and know for a fact that the car would have made it up onto that truck with no issues. I had already taken the front bumper off as a precaution. he refused and walked back to his truck and drove off. So i had to call the 1800 number again and set up another appointment.
