Provided by YP.comI took my 13 y/o cat who had vomits for a few days and stopped eating and drinking; the Dr. found he had a tumor in his mouth and after medicating to allow recovery for a few weeks, he was submitted to surgery to remove the tumor. The personnel took good care and the prices were lower than other places. Also, the appointments are easy to get.

Provided by YPmobileThis is a very good clinic. But, on the other hand if you don't have a pocket full of money to pay everything upfront, that is not the place to go. They expect everything to be in paid in full no matter what the circumstance, whether life or death. They will not negotiate that for any reason. They will not even do half now and half when pick up. If you have the cash that's the place to go. If not find somewhere that's accommodating to you and your needs and is willing to wait a few hours or at least 24 hours for you to come up with the balance.

Provided by YPmobileThe rudest employees and a doctor who rather euthanize than save. Doctor very money hungry. They hate cats. BEWARE, stay away if you want your pets still alive.

Provided by YP.comi could say i had one of the worst experiences of my life at this clinic. i took in my 11 year old cocker spaniel thinking she had an urinary infection that turned out to be internal bleeding. i was told she needed emergency exploratory surgery. at that point my world dropped as i could not come up with the entire cost of the surgery on the spot. i asked to please make some sort of arrangement so that i could save her but instead i was told that they required the entire cost upfront or to consider putting her to sleep. i was trying to gain time so that i could find the rest of the money but they would not even give her a transfusion or IV or anything. i left with her with my heart in pieces to take her somewhere else that could probably help. i was able to get the cost of the surgery in a few hours but by then they were already closed and who was my best friend for 11 years past away that night. it would have taken just a small effort to help her and they did not have compassion. how can a vet that studies veterinary services to save lives be all about money? animals are someone's companion, someone's best friend, they mean alot to their owners and they are unconditional. i could never take any of my pets there again, not to a place where instead of doctors they are heartless human beings and they should not practice veterinary medicine if they don't care for what they do unless you show them the cash or credit upfront.

Provided by YP.comThis clinic's theme and decorations are really fabulous, the entrance to the clinic is a dog's head. Inside the clinic you feel you are in a safari somewhere in Africa. Beautifully carved wood animal figures abound, hanging cages, palm trees, and bamboo desks. The examining rooms are equally safari oriented designed, modern equipment and very pleasant staff. The doctor takes the time to know your animal, talks to the owners and thoroughly examines the animal. My dog is having an allergy problem, difficult to diagnose but nonetheless after the first visit my dog showed some relief. After the second the main problem with the dog skin was gone, now is something less severe. At no time the doctor insisted on the allergy tests. However, I had to stop going to the hospital where my dog had been treated previously because the staff would not schedule an appointment unless the dog had the allergy tests perform... what a rip off.
The best about the Bravo Clinic - the price, they are not money-hungry. The office visit is at least $5-$10 less than at other hospitals. Medication is not overpriced and best they do not pester you with a membership! I highly recommend this place.
