Picture this--- we are 2 weeks away from our company Holiday Party for 100 guests, and we haven't even secured our caterer!! In the scramble of trying to find a reliable party rental via Google-- you could imagine how many vendors are screaming for your attention.

The make or break for us was searching for the Cuban Style dominoes tables and portable bathrooms-- and not to my surprise, there were only a few companies in Miami that had these. Edward with Christina's Party Rentals was ultra friendly, super quick with throwing together a quote, and the pricing for the value of the items they have was better than anything we saw in the area.

Guests enjoyed themselves thoroughly, delivery guys were helpful and on-time, and we will definitely utilize their services for future events!

I recently used Christina's Party Rental for a client's wedding and was not impressed at all. We went with them because they had specialty chairs and linens the bride wanted. There is no customer service, no one on one. When I initially asked for a point of contact, they didnt give me a name and just said anyone could help me. I got little responses to emails, and when I called I felt rushed and their service reps immediately wanted to hang up. As an event planner, its difficult to work with vendors like that. I also had to send back 7 broken chairs, one of which was held together by clear masking tape, and they arrived with 6 broken glasses. Chances are I wont be using them again and would discourage my clients from using them as well.

Altough there delivery was fine they sent us two very dirty coolers that where $25.00 each. We instructed the driver to take them back and he did. We also rented five tiki torces that where in very bad shape and they also took them back. I called there office and spoke to a young lady who was very helpfull she, asked me to call in one week as she needed to talk to the accountant to see whether they could refund me for items not used. After one week i called and she said the owner told her that they would refund me for the torches but not the coolers. Beware of this company! there are some many competitors out there that i will use in the future and, i will make sure the company i work for and friends and family will never use them.

I used these guys awhile back for my son's birthday party. Our plans changed a day before the party, so we had to put our order in at the last possible second. Christina's was able to get me a tent and jump house the same day I called. Very helpful and very professional. Not sure what steve-o's problem was - no special $100 fees were added to our order. $20 dollars for delivery seemed reasonable enough to me.

Be careful when dealing with this company as signed contracts seem to have little meaning. I had a signed contract with them 2 months in advance and they tacked on a $125 delivery fee the day they were to deliver the items.



A reputable company would have made things right. Instead I got the "take it or leave it" attitude. I had to find another vendor at the last minute, at least they credited the previous charges.



If you cannot avoid this company, please ask them to document the delivery charge (if any) to avoid last minute disappointment.
