This is a great place for transferring tags, obtaining original titles etc. The location was not overcrowded and the employees were super friendly.

Maybe is true they do not answer the phone because.... They are helping the customers who take the time to go there, but a soon is your turn, they are very professional and willing to help. I believe that is the key of their success. Is worth and justified the waiting time.

Every time i need to renew my tag i always go to JAV cause this people really know what they're doing cause i leave in Naranja and i have a tag agency about 10 minutes from my house and i rather go all the way to JAV to get anything i need. They are friendly and always nice to people.

Ok so the lady answers the phone, asks for the tag and your name, then proceeds to hang up on you. The End -- Now I have called 10 times and nobody answers -- What a JOKE!!

Phone ringing for the past hour and nobody picks it up! Just need an answer to a quick question. Terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Obviously just a money raker.

These people couldn't give a hoot in Hell about service , you can't get a human being on the phone and you can't ask a question unless you wait in line ! Atrocious ! NEVER AGAIN ! ! !

Horrible.... Your phone service line is terrible. No one answers the phone at all. Very poor customer service
