I am a McDonalds fan but this is the worse one in all of Miami!!! Hd not gone in over a year and decided to try it again.... The girl at the window with the food did not know what was happening! I was told that they did not make Hash Browns after breakfast....I get them at their other store on the Highway..... I ordered Chicken McNuggets and they did not give me the sauce and when they did it was the wrong one.... Got home and the egg McMuffin did not taste like normal. The Oatmeal cookies were so dry that I took a bite and water to wash it down with.....you could hard chew the oatmeal (perhaps they did not mix it well..... I have tried to call and call to speak with a Manager and there is no answer!!!

This McDonalds is so slow. There is always a long line in the drive thru and they always forget things. Even when you go inside to the restaurant, the employees are loud and sometimes rude to each other (not the customers though, so that's a plus). We love McDonalds, but we try to avoid this restaurant even though it is near our house.

this mcdonalds makes mistakes all the time and when u tell them to fix it 90 percent of the time it still comes out wrong!

I am a McDonald's regular and that won't change. However, this particular location makes mistakes about ninety percent of the time I have special orders. What a pain.
