I have similar experience like previous reviewer and I would never buy anything from these people. When they sell the furniture thy are very nice but when you have a problem they are very rude. Do never buy anything from this store!!!

I ordered a bunk bed set and chest . I was told the order will be in the following week.. The furniture arrived on time but it was the wrong color and model. So, I simply requested a refund yet the owner and her associates tried to bribe and persuade me to keep the furniture in which i did not order. But i continuously refused their offer. The owner told me she would have to call the company where they recieve their furniture to see if they will refund the money to them, if they agreed then she will refund my money, but instead, she took it upon herself to order the correct furniture in which i specifically told then not to do today. I contacted the local police to resolve the matter, but it did not help. Then their next excuse was that there are no refunds. But there is nothing in there policy stating that i cannot recieve my refund. You wont get a refund from these people only store credit if your furniture is damaged or on lay- away. In short, dont buy from this place... if your cheap, like me, stick with the yard sales!!
