I love Papa Johns pizza, but with this location u can never be sure if ur even really going to recieve your order. I ordered from them and was told 1 hour and 45 min. I said that was fine, they give me my price, i say cash, and thats that. I wait 2 and a half hours and just give up and end up cooking, because at this point they are closed and not answering the phone. I called to talk to a "manager" the next morning. And i explain everything that happened and that it was very upsetting and frustrating. She ask my info, and tells me that she sees no orders under my name, address , or phone number, and that there is"nothing she can do" since they nevered entered the order... long stostory short, i told her tht i just wanted to let her know let her know that this is something the employees are doing and if that's how they are OK with their employees cunducting business I will no longer be ordering from this location that I've been ordering from for the last 12 years.I strongly suggest that people do not order from this Papa John's unless you're paying with your card. Because that's the only way you're guaranteed to get your pizza.
