Horrible service. The gentleman was VERY rude to me at the checkout counter. I went to pay with a CC and I guess my strip was messed up so I asked if he could input it manually. And it almost seemed as if he didn't want to sell me the shirt because they apparently had s policy where you can't input the numbers manually. Being that as I walked in a customer was ALREADY returning his merchandise, I figured he would want the sale. He refused to seller the shirt. I can't help but ask "how many customers have they lost, because of this stupid policy, that affects innocent people? It's establishments like these that give Southland Mall as a whole, a bad name. I will never go back to this mall.

I will never ever go this store again.That woman there is unprofessional and lacked consumer advice skills.She is so rude and disgusted.I had no customer satisfaction.Added to that the return policy is only exchange before 10 days of purchased.That is only guaranteed with a chance.
