Over all the support staff and maintenance guys are great, the property manager is not one you want to upset unless you're into childish games. It's income restricted so of course there are some shifty neighbors. They recently had a police officer move into the building next door to the "pot block", it's on of the last buildings on the property. My husband has had his vehicle towed once for his tire going flat in the middle of the night, and his vehicle has been broken into twice. There are drug deals and "sexual favors" that go on around the property, the evidence is left everywhere. The staff is amazing but their hands are tied because the manager is beyond controlling but will bend over backwards for her residents that kiss her behind. If proper management and rules were actually enforced, this would be a great place to live. We stay because it's all we can afford around here. There are some great neighbors around but if your children want to play outside, find a nice park.
